The service

We offer consultations and financial management guidance aimed at debt repayment and financial recovery planning. The service is guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice, licensed debt management, securities advice, or a guaranteed financial outcome. We do not take custody of your funds at any point.

Using this site

You may read and use this site for the purpose of deciding whether to contact us. You may not scrape, republish, or resell its content. The copy on these pages is written for this site and is not licensed for redistribution.

Inquiries

When you submit the inquiry form, the details are sent to our same-domain handler and used only to respond to you. Submitting an inquiry is not a contract for services and creates no obligation on either side until a written engagement is agreed.

Engagements

A paid engagement begins only after the introductory consultation and a written agreement on scope. Fees, where applicable, are confirmed in that agreement before any work starts. We do not quote specific fees on this site because scope varies with each situation.

No warranty of outcome

Debt recovery depends on your circumstances, your lenders, and factors outside our control. We work to a careful, documented plan, but we do not promise a specific result, a specific timeframe, or a guarantee that lenders will agree to any restructuring.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on guidance, or for the actions of third parties such as lenders or collectors.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and the console mark are the property of Sonic Financial Recovery Co., Ltd.. Photographs are used under their respective open licenses, recorded in our internal build notes.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
