Consultations

An initial meeting — at our Bangkok office or over video — where we hear what you are facing, judge whether a recovery plan fits, and outline how an engagement would proceed. There is no charge for this first conversation.

Cash-flow and debt review

Using the documents you send — statements, contracts, repayment letters — we lay out one working sheet: income, fixed costs, and each obligation with its true monthly cost, then ordered by interest cost, collateral and how soon each one bites.

Written recovery plan

Built from the review, the plan sets a sustainable spending floor, picks which debts to clear or restructure first, and carries a contingency for income shocks. Where restructuring or lender negotiation is part of the plan, the steps and trade-offs are written out plainly.

Follow-up check-ins

After delivery, we hold review points on a set cadence. Their job is to check the figures against real life, shift the schedule where needed, and step back once the plan runs without us.

What we do not do

We do not promise investment returns, take custody of your money, file bankruptcy proceedings on your behalf, or contact your lenders without your written instruction. If your situation calls for work outside what we offer, we will say so clearly and point you to a practitioner who can take it on.
