Refund policy

This policy covers paid engagements with Sonic Financial Recovery Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Sonic Financial Recovery จำกัด), registered office at 93/5, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, 10900 Bangkok, Thailand, Tax ID (TIN) 0105997179578. The introductory conversation is free; this policy applies only after a paid engagement is agreed in writing.

Eligibility

A fee is refundable where the engagement has not yet started — that is, where no cash-flow review or recovery plan work has been carried out for you. Once work has begun, the refund position depends on how far the engagement has progressed, as set out below.

Timeframes

• Before work starts: a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of payment, provided no engagement work has been performed.
• After work starts, before delivery: a partial refund is available for the portion of the engagement not yet completed, assessed against the written scope.
• After delivery of the written recovery plan: fees for completed work are non-refundable, as the service has been substantially performed.

These timeframes are standard market-consistent durations, proposed pending business confirmation and recorded as such in our internal build notes.

Non-refundable items

• Work already performed and delivered, including the cash-flow review and the written recovery plan.
• Third-party costs we have incurred on your written instruction (for example, fees paid to a third party you asked us to coordinate with), which are passed through at cost.

How to request a refund

Email info@sonicmatrix.digital with the subject “Refund request” and your engagement reference. You can also call +66-2-939-4816. We will acknowledge the request within two business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Where the original method is unavailable, we arrange an alternative with you.

Cancellation, rescheduling and deposits

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Where a deposit is taken to secure an engagement, it is credited against the agreed fee and is refundable under the same conditions as above until work starts.

No-shows

A missed consultation without notice may, at our discretion, be rescheduled once at no charge. Repeated no-shows may be charged at the agreed consultation rate before a further booking is confirmed.
