Privacy policy
This policy explains how Sonic Financial Recovery Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Sonic Financial Recovery จำกัด) handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to comply with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect
- Inquiry form data: name, email, optional phone, the debt-context option you select, and the message you write, when you submit the contact form.
- Consent preference: the single value (accepted or rejected) stored in your browser under the key
sonicmatrix.digital-consent, recording your choice on the cookie banner. - Server logs: the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider, which may contain IP address, timestamp and request path.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this site. No analytics cookies are set, ever.

Where the data goes
Inquiry form data is sent by POST request to the same-domain handler at /api/inquiry and is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or sent to advertising platforms. The consent preference stays in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward to document that response, then deleted. Server logs are rotated according to our hosting provider’s standard schedule. The consent preference in your browser persists until you clear browser storage.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@sonicmatrix.digital with the subject “PDPA request”. We will respond within a reasonable period and at no charge for reasonable requests.
International transfer
Because our hosting may sit outside Thailand, inquiry data could be processed on servers in another jurisdiction. We rely on the PDPA’s conditions for such transfers and keep the data limited to what is needed to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated text and its effective date will appear on this page. Material changes that affect how your data is used will be reflected before they take effect.
